Join the Texas Inventionworks team as they kick off the semester with their “Try It” Fab Friday Design Party. Students are encouraged to try out the variety of tools and machines throughout the Inventionworks makerspace, including saws, mills, lasers and more.
No previous experience necessary – anyone can join!
Stay after for opportunities to connect with guest mentors and activities custom-made to improve your fabrication and design skillset.

Texas Inventionworks Fab Friday Design Parties occur every Friday, with the goal of everyone in attendance taking a step forward in their journey toward becoming an elite designer and problem solver (even if they have never designed or built anything before). The TIW team will be available to help with personal projects, competitions and classes. Meet professionals and fellow students, all while learning how to tackle real-world problems and having fun!
