Industry and Research Relations
Our team builds collaborations that advance UT’s mission and help companies achieve their business goals around innovation, talent and branding. We work with external organizations interested in collaborating with the Cockrell School of Engineering to access top talent, fill gaps in their technology/product roadmaps, stay ahead of technology disruptors and design workforce development programs.
What We Do
- Management of strategic partnerships
- Accompany corporations through research collaborations process
- Host research exchanges between UT faculty and program/subject matter experts
- Connect companies with appropriate team members and programs based on expressed talent, research and branding outcomes
- Co-design with organizations’ workforce initiatives and programs
