The LeaderShape Institute
In partnership with LeaderShape, a leadership development program for young adults, the Cockrell School of Engineering hosts the LeaderShape Institute, a six-day program of dialogue and self-discovery in a supportive learning community open to all UT Austin students.
LeaderShape Catalyst
Catalyst is a one-day, interactive leadership experience designed for students who want to grow as leaders. Through engaging activities, meaningful conversations and self-reflection, students will explore their leadership style, discover their strengths and gain the confidence to lead with purpose and authenticity on
campus and beyond.
Participants will also have a unique opportunity to engage with students from other majors and colleges, and explore additional leadership programs.
This program is free for students to attend. A meal and a t-shirt are also provided.
