  • Normandy Scholar Program (Spring): The NSP brings together eighteen students in the spring semester who take the same five courses and travel together for nearly a month in Europe in May with the NSP faculty. Thanks to a generous donation from a former NSP student, special scholarship funding for engineers covers all expenses associated with the NSP trip to Europe.

Internships/Experiential Learning

Students participating in an internship can have their associated costs covered with aid. If the internship is part of a credit-bearing program, it could be covered with federal financial aid. If the student is participating in a non-credit-bearing internship, it will most likely only be covered with scholarships.

  • Freeman Scholars: Available for UT students who participate in an internship of at least six weeks in East or Southeast Asia.
