Electrical and Computer Engineering Professor Wins U.S. Army Research Award

Dr. Sriram Vishwanath, electrical and computer engineering professor, received a $300,000 U.S. Army Research Office Young Investigator Award to design transmission strategies of wireless networks that are both optimal in performance and simple in complexity and structure. The U.S. Army awards this grant to university faculty who have held their doctoral degrees for five years or less.
