With 200+ employers in attendance, this career fair offers 2,000+ students and alumni the opportunity to discuss co-op, intern, and full-time positions in various engineering disciplines.

Employer Registration opens Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 10:00AM CDT via the ECAC System.

Important Information

• Registration cost: $1,000 for each booth (max two booths), and includes up to 5 representatives to actively engage with students in your booth. Please purchase a second booth if there will be more than five attendees (max two booths). Both continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
• Payment and cancellation deadline: Friday, January 5, 2024. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. If payment is not received by this date, the registration will be canceled. Cancellations after this date will not receive refunds.
• Shipping and materials handling: Registered employers will receive shipping information to get booth equipment and materials to the event location. The RecSports Center or the Engineering Career Assistance Center will not accept direct shipments.
• Directions & Parking: The RecSports Center is located at 2001 San Jacinto Blvd., Austin, TX 78712. For self-pay garage parking information, see map for details. We recommend you rideshare to campus. The Manor Parking Garage is the closest parking garage to the event venue.
• Waitlisted Registrations: Factors considered in approving waitlisted registrations:
  • Diverse representation of industries and job functions
  • Hiring history and recruiting engagement at Cockrell School
  • Order of registration date

Event Itinerary

8:00AM - 10:00AM: Employers check-in and set up booths; continental breakfast for recruiters
10:00AM: Doors open and career fair begins
11:30AM - 1:30PM: Lunch for recruiters; career fair will continue during lunch
2:00PM - 3:30PM: Light afternoon refreshments for recruiters
4:00PM: Career fair ends
